My approach

A method with direction, oriented towards real change

I do not believe in going round in circles indefinitely. I combine three proven frameworks so that each process has structure, meaning and results you can observe in your life and your relationships.

Three frameworks, one thread

Strategic, systemic and Ericksonian

Each approach contributes something different. Together they let us understand what is happening, place it in context and mobilise your own resources to transform it.

Strategic

Direction and concrete steps, not going round in circles.

We focus on the real problem that brings you here and on what we can actually change. We work with clear goals from the start, looking at which attempted solutions have stopped working so we can try different paths.

An everyday example

If every conversation with your partner about the move ends in an argument, we do not analyse the past endlessly: we change how and when you talk, with small adjustments that break the loop.

Systemic

Distress makes sense within its context.

We look at relationships, the couple and the family as a whole, not as people with blame shared out. A symptom —irritability, distance, tension— is usually the sign of a system readjusting after a change.

An everyday example

Conflicts with a teenage child after emigrating are not always rebellion: sometimes they express the whole family's uprooting. Seeing it this way completely changes how it is approached.

Ericksonian

Activating your own resources, tailored to you.

Respectful, flexible work that starts from what you already have: your strengths, your history, your way of coping. I do not impose a mould; I accompany you so you reconnect with resources that stress had covered over. Trained at the Milton Erickson Institute.

An everyday example

Anyone who has carried a move to another country has already shown an enormous capacity to adapt. Recovering that certainty, and applying it to what weighs on you today, is often the turning point.

The process, step by step

A path with structure, not adrift

Knowing what to expect is reassuring. This is how we move forward, from the first message to the moment when the changes hold on their own.

  1. First contact

You write to me, telling me briefly what you are going through. We sort out practical questions —format, language, timetables— and find a first moment to talk, with no obligation.

  2. First session: understanding what is happening

We devote this meeting to understanding your situation in depth: what changed, what became strained and which solutions you have already tried. Leaving here with a clear explanation is already a relief.

  3. Clear goals

Together we agree on where we want to go. We do not work adrift: we define what you want to improve and how we will know we are on the right track.

  4. Working with practical tools

Session by session we move forward with concrete resources you can apply in your daily life. Each step connects with the previous one, with a structure that gives the process meaning.

  5. Observable changes and closing

We review what has shifted in your relationships and in how you feel. When the progress holds on its own, we close the process or adjust course if needed.

What we understand, we can transform. My work is to give a name and a direction to what until now was lived as chaos.

Formats

We work in whatever way best fits your life

In person, online or, in certain cases, outdoors. The format adapts to you; the method and the care are the same.

In person

In the area of Pilar de la Horadada, Orihuela Costa, Torrevieja and Murcia. Meeting face to face, in a serene, trusting space.

Online

For all of Spain and Europe, with the same closeness and effectiveness. Especially designed for Spanish-speaking women and for the Russian and Ukrainian communities living abroad.

Outdoors

In certain cases, walking while we talk helps release tension and think more clearly. An option we consider when it fits you.

Multilingual, intercultural care

Truly understanding also comes through language

I offer care in Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian and English. When you speak about what matters most to you in your mother tongue, there is no need to translate the pain: things are named as they are. And because I have lived migration and uprooting first-hand, you do not need to explain from scratch what it means to start over far from your support network.

Frequently asked questions

What you are probably wondering

  • How long does the process last?

It depends on each situation, but working with clear goals from the start means the process always has direction. Many people notice progress within a few weeks. I do not seek to drag things out: the aim is for you to regain autonomy and wellbeing.

  • How often are the sessions?

Usually one session per week or every two weeks, depending on the moment and what you need. As things improve, we tend to space them out. We adjust it together so the pace supports you without overwhelming.

  • Do online sessions work just as well?

Yes. The bond and the results are fully possible online; what matters is the method and the connection we build, not the screen. For many women living abroad it is also the way to work in their own language with someone who understands their reality.

  • What happens in the first session?

It is a space to understand, without rushing, what you are going through: what changed, what has become strained and what you have already tried. You do not have to bring anything prepared. You usually leave with a clearer view of what is happening and how we can work on it.

Identifying what is happening to you is the first step towards regaining your wellbeing

Let's take that first step together. Tell me briefly what you are going through and we will find a moment to talk, with no obligation.
