Support programmes

A process with structure and clear goals to sustain change over time. More than single sessions: an accompanied path to put back in order what a major change has moved in your life and in your home.

Who it is for

For you, if you are looking for support with direction

A programme makes sense when you do not need a one-off answer, but to travel a whole process well accompanied, with the reassurance of knowing where you are going.

You want more than single sessions

You are not looking for a one-off piece of advice, but for a path: support with direction that holds you throughout a whole process of change, not only at the hardest moment.

You are going through a major life change

A migration, a move, a new family stage. Something has shifted inside and out, and you need time and method to put it back in order calmly.

You want the change to last

What matters to you is not only to feel better for a few days, but to secure what you are coming to understand and carry it into your daily life, step by step, until it becomes your own.

What it includes

Structure, goals and follow-up from start to finish

Each programme is based on a pack of 10 sessions and is built on four pillars so that the work has meaning, continuity and results you can notice.

A clear direction

We start from concrete, agreed goals. You know where we are heading and why, with a work plan designed for your situation.

Pack of 10 sessions

The programme is based on a pack of 10 sessions, the time needed for the work to take shape and leave a mark, unhurried but with rhythm.

Tools for your day to day

Each stage leaves you practical resources —guidelines, exercises, ways of looking at what is happening— that you can use between sessions and keep afterwards.

Follow-up and adjustment

Together we review how the process is going and adjust the course when needed. Living support, attentive to what you come to need.

Support is arranged by pack or by single session. There are no promises of cure or guaranteed results: what I offer is serious, structured work, tailored to you, with observable results throughout the process.

How it unfolds

Three phases so that change holds

A programme is not a string of sessions with no thread: it moves through stages that build on one another, from understanding what is happening to walking on your own with what you have learned.

  1. Understanding what is happening

The first sessions serve to name what you are going through and understand how the change has affected you and your home. Together we draw a clear map of the situation and agree on the goals of the programme.

  2. Reordering and working

We enter the core of the process. We work on what sustains the distress, rehearse other ways of responding and gradually introduce small, concrete changes that you can carry into your daily life.

  3. Securing and building autonomy

We consolidate what has been learned so that it holds without depending on the process. We review the path travelled, reinforce your own resources and close with clear guidelines to keep going on your own.

Format and languages

Wherever you are and in your own language

The programme adapts to your life: in person or remotely, without losing continuity or closeness.

In person

In Pilar de la Horadada, Orihuela Costa, Torrevieja and Murcia. In certain cases, also outdoor sessions.

Online

For the whole of Spain and Europe, with the same continuity and depth as in-person sessions. Designed especially for Spanish-speaking women and for the Russian and Ukrainian communities away from their home country.

Frequently asked questions

What you are probably wondering

  • How is a programme different from single sessions?

Single sessions resolve specific moments. A programme is a process with direction: we start from a set of goals, work in phases and follow up on progress. It is designed to support you throughout a life change, not only at an isolated point.

  • Why a pack of 10 sessions?

Ten sessions are a sensible basis for the work to take shape: there is time to understand the situation, introduce changes and secure them. It is not a rigid figure nor a promise of results; it is the framework that allows working with continuity and without rushing.

  • How often are the sessions?

Usually one session a week at the start, to give the process rhythm, spacing them out later as you gain autonomy. We agree on the frequency together according to your moment and your availability.

  • In which languages can I do the programme?

I work in Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian and English, both in person and online. If you live abroad and miss doing this work in your own language, we can support you in the one that feels closest to you.
