Services

Support designed for each situation

The common thread is always the same: understanding the change you are going through. What changes is the way we work on it, the one that best fits you and your loved ones.

What sessions are like

In person, online or outdoors

We adapt the format to your life and your place, so that taking the step is as simple as possible.

In person

We meet face to face in the area of Pilar de la Horadada, Orihuela Costa, Torrevieja and Murcia, in a calm and carefully tended space.

Online

By video call throughout Spain and Europe, with the same closeness. Designed for Spanish-speaking women and for the Russian and Ukrainian communities far from home.

Outdoors

In certain cases, when it helps to release tension and think more calmly, we can hold the session walking, beyond the four walls.

You can start with a one-off session, with no commitment to continue, or with a pack of 10 sessions when you want to sustain the process over time with a more stable structure. We decide it together, according to what you need at each moment.

My approach

A method with direction: strategic, systemic and Ericksonian

We do not improvise. I combine three proven frameworks so that each process has structure, meaning and observable results.

Strategic

We start from the specific problem and move forward with clear goals and actionable steps, never adrift.

Systemic

We look at the couple and the family as a whole: the conflict makes sense within its context, and that is where it transforms.

Ericksonian

Respectful work tailored to you that activates your own resources. Trained at the Milton Erickson Institute.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about the services

  • How do I know whether I need an individual, couples or family session?

It depends on who is holding the tension and where the distress shows. The individual session is a space for you, to understand what is happening to you. The couples session helps when distance has settled between the two of you. The family session, which is the main format, deals with when a change shakes the whole household. Often we start with one person and, if it makes sense, the rest join in later. In our first contact we assess it together.

  • How do payments work? Are there session packs?

You can come for one-off sessions, with no commitment to continue, or take a pack of 10 sessions when you want to sustain the process over time with a more stable structure. We work it out according to what you need; there is no need to decide everything from the first day.

  • What languages do you work in?

I work in Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian and English. I am of Ukrainian origin and I have lived migration first-hand, so I understand from the inside what it means to adapt to another country and another culture.

  • Do online sessions work the same as in-person ones?

Yes. Relational and family work is sustained very well by video call, with the same listening and the same closeness. It is the choice of many women living outside Spain —in Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands or Belgium— and of the Russian and Ukrainian communities in Europe.

  • How do we start?

Write to me through the contact form, on WhatsApp or by phone. We talk briefly about what you are going through, clear up your questions and look for a first meeting. With no obligation and at your own pace.

Identifying what is happening to you is the first step towards regaining your wellbeing

Let's take that first step together. Tell me briefly what you are going through and we will find a moment to talk, with no obligation.
