About me

I am Elena, and I have packed my bags too

I know closely what it means to start over in another country: the hope of the beginning and the silent wear that comes afterwards. From that experience and extensive training, I support women and families in putting the pieces back in place.

I was born in Ukraine and, like so many of the women I support today, at some point I packed my bags. I know what it is to build a new life far from home: learning another language, reading different cultural codes and, above all, doing it without your usual support network close by. The excitement of the beginning and, underneath, a tiredness that is hard to name.

Over time I understood something that changed the way I see things: very often the problem is not your partner, nor your children, nor you. It is a process of adaptation and sustained stress that no one has been able to put into words. The conflicts at home have an explanation, and what we understand can be transformed.

Why I support women and families

Major life changes —a migration, a move to another country, a change of stage— rarely affect just one person. They show up in the couple, in the children, in the atmosphere at home. That is why I work from a relational and family perspective: I am not looking for someone to blame, I am looking to understand the process you are going through and to help you regain balance, connection and a sense of harmony at home.

I mainly support women between 35 and 50, in a relationship or with a family, who after a major change feel exhausted, disconnected and with tension at home. They do not come for me to tell them what to do; they come to understand what is happening to them and to find a possible way forward.

An intercultural perspective

Having lived migration first-hand gives me a sensitivity that is not learned from books alone. I understand the silent grief of leaving a country behind, the juggling of holding two cultures at once and the loneliness of having no one to call on an ordinary Tuesday. That experience, combined with a strategic, systemic and Ericksonian methodology, is the foundation I work from: structured, goal-oriented and, at the same time, deeply human.

What working with me is like

Warm, clear support with direction

You will not find a cold space or a discourse full of technical jargon. You will find someone who truly listens, explains what is happening and walks with you towards concrete goals.

Closeness

A human, serene space, without clinical distance. I accompany you with warmth, not judgement.

Clarity

I explain what is happening and why, in simple words. What we understand, we can transform.

Honesty

I do not promise cures or guaranteed results. We work with realism and a firm commitment to you.

Results-oriented

We define clear, measurable goals from the start (SMART methodology), so the process has direction and progress you can see over time.

I work with you in your language

Four languages, the same closeness

Speaking about what hurts in your mother tongue changes everything. I work in Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian and English, with the intercultural sensitivity these processes need. You will not have to translate your emotions to be understood.

  • Español
  • Ruso
  • Ucraniano
  • Inglés
